Notes: Thanks, NCAA Selection Committee, for putting the top two ASM teams in the same bracket. I trust Texas not at all, but, then again, Duke is not exactly a juggernaut. Texas also has the highest efficiency margin of any major conference team this year, for what it’s worth (in 2005, the top four teams in efficiency margin were Illinois, UNC, Louisville, and Michigan State – did they do well in the tourney?). Nevertheless, if you can do two pools, I suggest doing one with Texas and one with Duke.
