I hate...

...stupid, incompetent, shiftless people who refuse to do their jobs, but then when they must play a role at the end of a months-long process, take great delight in throwing up every roadblock of which they can conceive.

I hate them. And I wish they would all suddenly drop dead of an aneurysm.

Memory failing...were people allowed to smoke in the Tavern while we were in school? I know they were allowed to smoke outside the McKinley Building, but I can't remember if people were allowed to smoke inside anywhere.
