...stupid, incompetent, shiftless people who refuse to do their jobs, but then when they must play a role at the end of a months-long process, take great delight in throwing up every roadblock of which they can conceive.
I hate them. And I wish they would all suddenly drop dead of an aneurysm.

Fortunately, I don't have to deal with any of those. However, I've got some who genuinely try to contribute, but their well intentioned but tragically incompetent efforts continually cause extra work for the rest of us.
My favored solution isn't quite as extreme as yours, but 99 weeks of unemployment benefits would be too good for them.
