It's a headshaker

Read the transcript of AU Professor Karen O'Connor's chat on washingtonpost.com yesterday. Among the gems:

Washington, D.C.: Is there any hope that I will not lose my right to choose?
Karen O'Connor: DC is a particularly vulnerable place since the Republican Congress can legislate for the district.

And:

Karen O'Connor: I. too received calls this morning. I was told that she was resigning by some Court insiders last week, so I guess that I was prepared. I don't think we are likely to go back to the 1770s, but 1960s, in terms of women's rights, aren't too much of a stretch.

How divorced from reality can a tenured professor be? I never took a class from this nutbag at AU, and I don't think I missed out.
